1:1 Executive Coaching

Tackle your fears, find your voice, and make your words infectious (in private).

One-on-one executive communication coaching is for those business leaders wanting private, focused, and extended communication support.

These sessions are completely bespoke and dependent upon the specific brief of the client. The role of the leadership communication coach is to understand the client’s communication style, current skills, personal and organisational objectives, and the communication frameworks and tools they must work with.

Prior to commencing your session with your communication coach, Marie will spend time auditing your communication assets and reviewing them. It is likely she will meet with your comms or marketing team if you have one, to gain their perspective on your performance and areas of improvement. As well as the environment in which you’re communicating, and their desired outcomes.

“Marie’s outstanding communication experience and expertise not only makes her a great trainer – but great at spotting what is hindering the communication of key messages.

Her training not only prepare me for a new media facing role, but also helped identify the gaps that the organisation needed to fill to make the narrative compelling and believable – regardless of who was sharing it. I highly recommend her to anyone interested in a serious and thorough lesson in communication.”

MEET THE TRAINER

Marie El Daghl

Marie has dedicated her career to helping individuals and brands communicate effectively. She originally studied journalism, but her career was cut short after she left her internship with Channel 7’s now discontinued Today Tonight in dramatic fashion! Want the dirt on that? Listen here.

She quickly moved into public relations, a field she excelled in working with small, medium and blue-chip brands across many industries. Her work involved developing communication strategies and overseeing their execution. This included preparing and training business leaders to ensure they can compellingly tell their stories in friendly and hostile environments.

Her training, coaching and facilitation experience is diverse, and she has worked with a myriad of clients such as the French Ambassador to Australia, Mastercard, Nespresso, Sumo Salad, Paramatta Eels board, iNova pharmaceuticals, Sydney Kings and many more.

Marie holds a Master of Arts majoring in Organisational Communication, Diploma in Digital Marketing, Certificate of Training and Assessment and a participation certificate for a course on stand-up comedy. She has a deep passion for the field of communication and a fun training style. Most of all, she takes great pride and pleasure in watching people flourish personally and professionally when they finally find their voice and use it well.
