    Baulkham Hills Early Learning Centre has been a trusted part of the Hills community since 1999 and is the longest standing centre in the region. In 2011, Approved Provider Rodrigo Perez, took over the ownership with a clear vision in mind - to create a space where families from all backgrounds feel welcomed and part of a community.   

     

    The challenge 

    Baulkham Hills Early Learning Centre had built a strong reputation in the Hills community, but in a digital world, relying solely on word of mouth wasn’t cutting it. Unlike competitors, the centre had no website, a lacklustre Google My Business listing and remnants of the previous owners from over 20 years ago littered throughout online listings and messing with their SEO.   

    They were practically invisible to parents searching for quality childcare - parents who rely heavily on online search and socials for research. Worse still, their biggest selling point, the Centre’s huge open areas and natural light-filled surroundings, was completely absent from their digital presence.   

     
    Chasing Albert was tasked with bringing Baulkham Hills Early Learning Centre into the modern era with a brand new, mobile first, SEO optimised website, complete with professionally shot imagery. The goal? To ensure its online presence was as strong as its reputation.

    Our strategy was to rebuild their digital presence from the ground up, combining strong storytelling, clean SEO foundations and a consistent digital footprint. 

    • Design and build a website on Wix Studio for easy upkeep with basic on page SEO centred on local keywords 

    • Develop consistent, unique and compelling narrative and key messages on which base all digital communications for consistent digital representation

    Rollout and timelines

  • About the client 

    Noël Sydney was an ambitious, one-time Christmas celebration produced by AGB Creative and supported by Destination NSW and the NSW Government. The event transformed Sydney’s CBD into a festive wonderland featuring concerts, artisanal markets, a digital Christmas forest and a dazzling drone show starring Santa himself. 

     

    The challenge 

    Time. Approval landed only weeks before launch, with the festival due to open December 16. SEO wasn’t part of the equation—the site would only be live for 16 days. What Noël needed was a website that captured the spirit of the event, delivered information clearly, and could be built and launched at speed. 

     

    Our strategy 

    • Build a lightning-fast website with simple UX, festive design and a clear brand tone. Use Wordpress / Elementor and host on WP Engine on a dedicated server to ensure speed and capacity for anticipated high volumes of traffic.

    • Develop social channels as the primary communication platform for event updates. 

    • Use Facebook and Instagram to distribute branded and user-generated content, and support real-time crowd management. 

     

    The rollout

    It all started with a cracker website—the hub of all digital marketing efforts. The site brought the magic of Noël to life with vibrant visuals, engaging copy and an easy-to-navigate structure that informed and inspired Sydneysiders to attend.
