EI Leadership

Emotionally Intelligent Leadership Communication

Emotional intelligence is one of the defining leadership skills of the modern workplace. It shapes how leaders communicate, build trust, handle pressure and bring out the best in others. Leaders with strong EI create healthier cultures, stronger collaboration and teams that stay engaged through change. When emotionally intelligent leadership communication improves, so do relationships, performance and results.

From EI Insight to Action

Our EI Leadership program is rooted in the science of emotions. It begins with the Genos International Emotionally Intelligent Leadership Assessment. This multi award winning tool from one of the global leaders in EI, provides a science backed way to identify genuine strengths and growth areas that will make a lasting impact. Turn insight into action with an EI development plan and communication skills training and coaching.

Leadership States that drive performance

How leaders feel impacts how they communicate. How they communicate has a direct impact on how their people feel, and how people feel influences how they perform. High-performing teams tend to feel trusted, valued, motivated and clear. Poor leadership often creates stress, uncertainty and disengagement.

In EI Leadership, participants use the Genos International emotional intelligence model to measure and develop six core emotional intelligence skills. They learn how they can consistently show up productively for stronger teams, better culture and higher performance.
