The Client

Critical Info is Australia’s leading certified social enterprise for holistic end-of-life planning. Founder and CEO Catherine Ashton set out to improve grief outcomes and death literacy by encouraging all Australians regardless of their age to plan ahead with ease and confidence. 

 

The Challenge

As the platform prepared to launch, Critical Info engaged Chasing Albert to shape the story behind the service. The brand had a vision, a website, and design guidelines but needed a clear, credible voice. One that could not only simplify a complex topic but turn a sensitive, often avoided one into something empowering, and of course, human. 

 

We built a complete messaging framework, rewrote their launch communications, created printed collateral, a media release and more. Post-launch, we brought their voice to life through digital ads, a custom landing page, and UX updates designed to build trust and grow their user base.
