The Client
Genos International is a world leading emotional intelligence assessment and development provider. Genos assessment and development programs help millions of professionals apply core emotional intelligence skills that enhance their self-awareness, empathy, leadership and resilience. In 2022, after 20 years of multiple award-winning products, Genos developed a ground breaking, world first. A self paced, on demand and personalised emotional intelligence development tool, Genos Grow.
The Challenge
The research, methodolgy and mobile site had been wireframed. Chasing Albert was tasked with developing a brand identity with heart, engaging user interface and content, and a launch plan to get Genos partners and distributors on board to bring it to their global networks.

From the logo to the tone of voice, the branding team created a unique identity that still very much felt like a part of the overall, well recognised Genos brand.

Ui Design AND CONTENT
The branding extended to the Genos Grow platform, with fresh and engaging iconography and the use of the colour palette throughout different parts of the mobile experience. A video series of 8, designed to quickly and easily explain the key emotional intelligence competencies, was scripted, produced, shot and edited.

Launch campaign
The primary audience were no strangers to the Genos brand, they were already working with their many tools. Our role, was to get them excited about the new weapon in their arsenal, teach them how and why to sell it and of course, how to use it. A digital marketing campaign was built to drive awareness and demonstrations of the new Genos Grow product. This included a series of webinars, a dedicated, compelling landing page offering a free trial, an email campaign and a Linkedin advertising campaign to drive interest and registrations.

The Impact
Over 1000 practitioners including HR Directors, independent coaches and facilitators registered to attend three primary virtual launches around the world. Sell through of the platform continues to perform well around the world, with take up from the City of Las Vegas to the executive Chefs of Ireland's top hotels.
